Back in his safe and cozy room, Add has his hands knit together in front of him, staring at this feed with a head full of thoughts. He has to be cautious. He can't just take this bizarre entity at its word, whether it claims to know him or not... words are cheap. Anyone could make a claim like "oh, I'm actually an important guardian here to protect you all, let me into the Grove!!" and then turn around and slaughter everyone. He isn't stupid enough to make such a careless move.
... but there's caution to be had in inaction as well. Ignored warnings, declined alliances...
he rubs at his temples, trying to focus when he knows he hasn't slept in at least a day. maybe he shouldn't be making calls like this in his current state.
